These terms apply to your use of SolarBrain during the beta period. By creating an account you agree to them.
Service
SolarBrain provides solar monitoring, savings visibility, AI-assisted diagnostics, and optimisation suggestions for connected inverter clouds. Beta features may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party inverter APIs.
Billing and trial
Your first plant receives a 7-day full-access trial (one trial per account). Additional plants require an active subscription (currently R149/site/month unless stated otherwise). Payments are processed by PayFast (South Africa). See Privacy Policy for payment data handling.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep inverter credentials secure.
- Use the service lawfully; do not attempt to access other users' plants or data.
- Remote inverter settings apply (when enabled) are at your risk — review proposals before applying to hardware.
Disclaimer
Savings figures and AI diagnostics are estimates, not financial or engineering advice. Always consult a qualified installer for hardware changes. SolarBrain is not liable for losses from load-shedding, inverter outages, or reliance on estimates.
